CBI (Credit Bureau Indonesia) is proud to announce the launch of its latest product, the Skip Tracing Report. This report is designed to provide reports on both historical and current contact information of individuals. It has now become part of CBI’s product offerings and is available to support the business needs of companies and the financial services industry.

CBI’s Skip Tracing Report provides historical and current customer information, such as addresses, mobile phone numbers, emails, and workplaces, sourced from CBI’s database.

Companies can utilize the Skip Tracing Report for various business purposes, such as improving contact rates for cross-selling and upselling, data verification during credit analysis, customer portfolio monitoring, and accounts receivable management. Access to this information service helps companies enhance their efficiency and optimize their business strategies.

“The Skip Tracing service is an initiative we have introduced to provide solutions focused on actionable customer contact information. This service is more effective for CBI member companies that require reliable and actionable contact information with 24/7 online access from CBI,” said Anton K Adiwibowo, Director of Business & Services at CBI.

Through this service, companies can improve the availability of customer contact information, enabling more comprehensive customer verification.

“Partnership with CBI is about accessing accurate credit information and strengthening a company’s ability to manage credit risk, improve operational efficiency, and provide reliable 24/7 online access. We are committed to continually delivering leading solutions and product innovations, adding significant value for companies that are members of CBI as they strive for healthy growth in serving their customers,” added Anton K. Adiwibowo.

CBI is one of Indonesia’s first private credit bureaus, established in 2014. It is licensed and supervised by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) as a Credit Information Management Institution (LPIP) under the name PT Kredit Biro Indonesia Jaya. Since evolving into CBI in July 2022, the company has continued to innovate its products and services to support sustainable financial inclusion for the Indonesian people. CBI provides credit information services and value-added data customized to meet its member companies’ needs, aiding in strategic decision-making and customer credit risk assessment.
