Credit Bureau Indonesia Wins AI Impact Award at Future AI Summit 2024, Ivan Irawan Emphasizes the Importance of Ethics in AI Development

Jakarta, August 26, 2024 – Ivan Irawan, Director of Information Technology at Credit Bureau Indonesia, participated as one of the speakers in a panel discussion titled “Artificial Intelligence and Cybersecurity: Two Sides of the Same Coin” at the prestigious Future AI Summit & Awards 2024 held at JW Marriott Hotel Jakarta on August 22, alongside other experts such as Indra S. Ivan further emphasized, “Upholding ethics in AI development is mandatory, along with ensuring that AI systems are explainable, transparent, auditable, and remain under human supervision. AI is like two sides of the same coin; on one side, it can benefit humanity, while on the other, it can be used to facilitate crimes.”
