On 15 December 2025, Rumah BUMN Jakarta Selatan signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with CBI SME Bureau. The event was attended by Nendra Yelena Sarina, CEO of Rumah BUMN Jakarta, and Prasytio Ervian, CFO of Rumah BUMN Jakarta. This signing marks a strategic step to strengthen Indonesia’s MSME ecosystem, particularly by expanding more inclusive access to financing and improving transparency of business data.
In her remarks, Tiffany Octaviana, Head of CBI SME Bureau, shared that one of the bureau’s key priorities is accelerating the development of alternative credit scoring for MSMEs. “As part of our role as a Credit Information Management Institution (LPIP), CBI does not rely solely on SLIK (Financial Information Service System) data. We also collaborate with omnichannel platforms, payment gateways, and other alternative data sources to build a more comprehensive credit scoring model for MSMEs,” Tiffany said.
Tiffany further explained that CBI SME Bureau aims to make financing more accessible for MSMEs by providing more transparent and credible data, enabling financial institutions and other stakeholders to make more accurate and inclusive decisions when offering loans or credit facilities.
Prasytio Ervian, CFO of Rumah BUMN Jakarta, added, “This collaboration is highly relevant in supporting MSMEs, especially those who still face challenges in accessing formal financing. With CBI’s SME Report, MSME owners can introduce their businesses to financial institutions with greater confidence and better understand the underwriting requirements banks typically need.”
As a credibility verification platform, CBI SME Bureau provides comprehensive credit-related information, including transaction history, payment data, and other financial details that help MSMEs build stronger business profiles. This is crucial to strengthening their position in the eyes of lenders and making it easier to obtain financing that better matches their needs and business potential.
Through this collaboration, both Rumah BUMN Jakarta and CBI SME Bureau hope to jointly support MSME empowerment by improving access to credible credit data and expanding fairer, more inclusive financing opportunities.
