CBI SME Bureau Strengthens Investment Readiness for Pertamuda 2025 Top 9 Finalists with APINDO

JAKARTA, 4 February 2026 – As part of our commitment to support SMEs to grow and level up, SME Bureau (CBI)joined as a speaker in the Post Mentoring session for the Top 9 finalists of Pertamuda 2025, organized by the Indonesian Employers Association (APINDO). Held at Gedung Permata Kuningan, the session helped young entrepreneurs strengthen their investment readiness before entering a wider business ecosystem.

Pertamuda (Pertamina Muda) 2025 is a national competition that attracted strong interest, with more than 3,000 applicants from across Indonesia. After a strict selection process, 40 participants were chosen to join online workshops, and the program later selected the Top 9 finalists, who are now in an intensive one-on-one mentoring phase to support their long term business growth.

The session was opened by Ronald Walla, President Director of PT Wismilak and Head of APINDO’s SME and Cooperative Division. He highlighted the importance of strong entrepreneurship mindset and mental readiness for future business leaders. With APINDO’s strategic view and our practical input, the finalists received a complete and useful learning session.

In the session titled “Investment Readiness for Sustainable Growth,” Ayu Putri Maharesmi, Partnership Manager at CBI SME Bureau, shared why it is important to build a good financial reputation and trusted credit data early. We explained that great product innovation should also be supported by a healthy credit profile. From a credit bureau point of view, we shared what investors and financial institutions usually look at, such as clear financial records, transaction history, and tax compliance.

To support the finalists further, we also shared an Investment Readiness Checklist and a Financial Credibility Action Plan. These tools help businesses avoid common financial issues that can slow down funding. We hope the Top 9 Pertamuda 2025 finalists can use this guidance to prepare better for future partnerships and funding opportunities, and to grow in a sustainable way.
